First Aid/ CPR/AED

  • At some point in your life, you will have to make the decision to help in an emergency.
  • It is better to know first aid and not need it, than to need first aid and not know it.

First aid is the provision of initial care for an illness or injury. It is usually performed by a lay person to a sick or injured casualty until definitive medical treatment can be accessed. It generally consists of a series of simple, potentially life-saving techniques that an individual can be trained to perform with minimal equipment.
